PHDREAM Terms & Conditions — Transparency and Fairness Gaming Fundamentals

01 To open an account, you need to meet our eligibility and registration requirements.

Before you can use the PHDREAM platform, you must satisfy the eligibility conditions listed below. If you fail to meet any of these, we reserve the right to close your account at any time.

• Your age must be at least 21 years old. The legal playing age on PHDREAM is 21, in line with responsible gaming standards for Philippine players. This is a firm rule, and there are no exceptions for anyone.
• You must be a legal resident of the Philippines.
• You need an active mobile number registered under your own name.
• You can only create one account per person, so make sure the information you provide is accurate and unique.
• All details you provide during sign-up must be accurate and kept up to date.
• You are joining PHDREAM of your own free will and in sound mental condition.

Submitting false information during registration counts as a direct violation of our terms and conditions. The related account will be closed without prior notice, and PHDREAM may forfeit any balance found in it.

02 Account Management

You are fully responsible for keeping your PHDREAM account secure. Whatever happens with your login details, password, or account activity, the accountability rests with you alone.

• Never share your password with anyone, including friends or family members.
• Always log out after using a shared or public device, and avoid saving your login details on unfamiliar gadgets.
• Should you notice any unauthorized activity in your account, contact our support team immediately.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• For any changes to your account details, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

PHDREAM regularly monitors activity on every account. If we detect anything unusual, we may temporarily suspend your account to conduct an investigation. Your cooperation during this process is expected. If the investigation clears you of any wrongdoing, your account will be reactivated.

03 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on PHDREAM are processed securely and transparently. We provide deposit and withdrawal services through our available payment channels.

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100
• Deposits should come from a mobile banking account registered under your own name.
• Third-party deposits are strictly not allowed.
• Once your deposit is successful, it typically reflects in your account within 5 to 10 minutes.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Minimum Withdrawal: You must meet the applicable minimum withdrawal amount before processing a cashout.
• Withdrawals are only allowed after your account is verified.
• Withdrawal requests are usually completed within 5 to 15 minutes.
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: A daily maximum withdrawal amount applies to all players.
• To withdraw from your bonus balance, you must first satisfy the wagering requirements.

PHDREAM never imposes any extra charges on deposits under any circumstances. However, your mobile banking provider may apply its own service fees, and PHDREAM will not be responsible for these.

04 Bonus and Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: For first-time depositors, PHDREAM gives a 100% match bonus on your initial deposit, with the bonus amount going as high as ₱10,888 under the current promotion. To withdraw the bonus and any winnings associated with it, you must complete a turnover of at least 15 times your original deposit amount.
• Reload Bonus: Existing members can avail of a weekly reload bonus whenever they top up their account. The turnover requirement for this particular promo is set at 10 times the bonus amount.
• Cashback: Every week, PHDREAM gives back a certain percentage of your net losses as cashback. The best part? This cashback is immediately withdrawable, so you don’t have to clear any turnover for it.
• Your bonus balance and your real balance are kept strictly separate from each other in the system. This means you can always see exactly how much of your funds are still tied up under promo conditions.
• Each bonus you claim is generally valid for seven days only. If you don’t use it within that period, the remaining bonus amount will be forfeited.
• You cannot have two active bonuses at the same time. If you already have an ongoing bonus, you must complete its requirements or wait for it to expire before you can claim another one.

05 Gaming Rules

• Should a game be cancelled midway for any reason, the amount you wagered will be returned directly to your account.
• In case of any dispute regarding a game result, PHDREAM’s system logs will be treated as the final proof. These records are considered the authoritative basis for resolving any claim.
• PHDREAM is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on your end. Always make sure you have a stable connection before you start playing.
• Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are clearly shown in the game interface, so check them before placing your wager.

PHDREAM reserves the right to change the terms, payout rates, or structure of any game at any time. Normally, a notice will be posted on the platform well in advance of any such change. As always, please play responsibly and keep in mind that PHDREAM is meant for adults aged 21 and above.

06 Prohibited Activities

There are certain actions that are strictly not allowed on the PHDREAM platform. If you ignore these rules, we may permanently close your account and forfeit the remaining balance.

• Opening or managing more than one account under your name is not permitted.
• Registering with a fake identity or submitting forged documents will not be tolerated.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or similar software to join or play games is prohibited.
• Trying to hack, alter, or interfere with the game system in any way is a serious violation.
• Getting involved in money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity is banned.
• Harassing, bullying, or threatening other players on the platform is not allowed.
• Abusing the bonus system to gain an unfair edge over other members is strictly prohibited.
• Helping anyone below the legal age of 21 to set up an account is a clear violation.
• Selling, lending, or transferring your account to another person is not allowed.

08 Account Closure and Suspension

There are certain cases where PHDREAM may temporarily or permanently close your account. We always try to keep these decisions fair and backed by reasonable grounds.

• If you violate any part of these Terms and Conditions, your account may be closed.
• If you refuse to cooperate with our identity verification process when requested, your account may be suspended.
• If your account has been inactive for a long time, specifically twelve (12) months or more, it may be closed.
• If we discover clear proof of fraudulent or deceptive activity, your account will be subject to closure.
• For legal or regulatory reasons.

You may also choose to close your PHDREAM account whenever you wish. If you do, any legitimate balance still in the account, setting aside bonus amounts, can be withdrawn.

09 Limitation of Liability

PHDREAM accepts no responsibility under the following circumstances:

• Gaming interruptions caused by internet connection issues.
• Any loss or damage that arises from problems with your device or software.
• Delays or failures involving third-party payment services.
• Inconvenience caused by unexpected technical errors.
• Force majeure events, including natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions.

Nevertheless, PHDREAM always aims to resolve technical issues as quickly as possible and to ensure fair treatment for all players. The final decision in any dispute rests with our support team.

10 Amendments to These Terms

PHDREAM holds the right to amend these terms and conditions, entirely or partially, at any given time. When a major adjustment is introduced, our usual practice is to do the following:

• Post a clear notice on the platform.
• Send a notification to the email address or phone number that you registered with us.
• Give at least 7 days' notice before the updated terms take effect.

Continuing to use the platform after the amendments take effect means you accept the revised conditions. If you cannot accept the new terms, you may request the closure of your account.
